Crafted using natural secondary fermentation, this sparkling Petit Verdot is blended from fruit sourced across seven Barossa Valley vineyards, bringing together freshness, depth and complexity. Aromas of blackberry, mulberry and wild strawberry are lifted by subtle floral notes. The palate is vibrant and generous, with a fine creamy mousse, bright acidity and a smooth, savoury, and persistent finish.
