Shipping

Orders may take up to 7 business days to be despatched from our warehouse.

We deliver within Australia using Australia Post.

 

Australia Post will email you with tracking details once it has been despatched from our warehouse. Note, the email will be sent to the email address you supply us. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you have not received an email after 7 business days.

Please understand we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do our best to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

Delivery times have varied recently, the following is a guide only from Australia Post. These times may vary depending on where it is delivering to.

•Same State: 2-4 business days

•Interstate: 3-6 business days

Note, Weather conditions, public holidays, and other setbacks such as natural disasters can cause these times to increase.

The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. Australia Post may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Australia Post will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

You must not purchase goods from us for the purposes of resale (all goods must be for personal use).

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

We charge a flat rate for freight, which is added to your order total before checkout.

 Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $20 flat rate shipping for domestic orders, this may change without notice.

International Shipping Rates- please contact us for current pricing.

Return & Exchange Policy

If goods are damaged in transit, Australia post notify us of damages, and we will work with you to arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost. Please be aware this is in good faith and will not take responsibility for delayed deliveries.

If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice.
