Wine Club Terms And Conditions

Wine club members must be 18 years of age or older. 

Members agree to be contacted by Chateau Yaldara regarding wine club order, and any promotional offers we have. 

Members agree to continue their Chateau Yaldara wine club membership for a minimum of two deliveries. 

All wine club purchases include free freight. 

In the event that you choose to cancel your wine club membership, Chateau Yaldara requires 30 days’ notice in written form via email, or in person, to our wine club manager. 

Member’s credit card information is securely stored on Chateau Yaldara’s server in Australia. None of this information is visible to any member of staff, or any other person. Staff are only able to view your contact information for shipping purposes. 

By registering as a wine club member, the customer consents to their credit card details being kept on Chateau Yaldara’s secure PCI compliant software to allow for processing at club run times. Our software directly talks to your bank and requests the debit on your credit card. 

Wine club payments will be taken within the first two weeks of the selected months. This may be delayed without notice. 

Chateau Yaldara uses Australia Post as their courier. Chateau Yaldara is unable to provide certain delivery dates and takes no responsibility for delays once the order has been collected from our warehouse. (See Freight terms & conditions for more details) 

Members agree upon signing up to be responsible for keeping up to date with the following details: shipping address, contact details, credit card details, password, and wine selection. These can be done via the online portal (portal created during sign-up). 

To receive any discounts on offer by Chateau Yaldara, members are required to be logged in to their online accounts to do so. Chateau Yaldara can not rectify any errors made due to not logging into your online account. 

Selections close 30 days before wine club runs, any changes made to the selection are the responsibility of the customer. 

If no changes are made to the selection, the wine club will process the previous selection made. 

Once clubs are “locked in”, no changes can be made. 

As a member, you acknowledge that vintages run out. If a current selection of your wine runs out, it will be replaced with the next vintage if available, or a wine that is equal to or more value as a replacement. We will notify you of any order changes on our end via phone or email. 

Chateau Yaldara reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Should the terms and conditions change, members will be notified via the email address provided.
